1. Who we are

Backlink Agent is made by Redsprint Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. This policy covers the backlink-agent.com website and the early-access programme. Contact: hello@redsprint.co.uk.

2. The short version

The website collects anonymous usage analytics on infrastructure we run ourselves, plus your email address when you ask for early access. We do not run ads, we do not sell data, and no third-party analytics company sees your visit.

3. Analytics

We use KeenStats, a self-hosted analytics system running on our own servers. It records page views, performance timings, clicks, and the pages you came from, tied to a random anonymous identifier stored in a cookie and local storage. It records your browser type, screen size, language, and timezone. Your IP address is used to derive a country code and is not stored as-is.

4. Your email address

When you submit the early-access form we store your email together with the page and button you used. We use it to contact you about your onboarding slot and about the service. To have it removed, email hello@redsprint.co.uk from that address and we delete it.

5. Campaign data (early access)

When we run a campaign for you, we store the details you give us: your website, your niche, your pitch, and the outreach emails drafted and sent on your behalf. Prospect and outreach records live on our servers with a full event history, and you can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time.

6. Cookies

The site sets the anonymous analytics identifier described above. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Data location and retention

Analytics and campaign data are stored on servers we control in the EU. Analytics events are kept for product analysis; early-access emails are kept until you are onboarded, decline, or ask for removal.

8. Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@redsprint.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. A material change to how we use your email is announced to that email first.
